Goldwagen - Useless, *********** cheap parts

I purchased Coil Packs (Red Top) for my Golf 5 GTI. This is a know working combo on these vehicles, as the (Black Top) OEM VW Coil Packs where prone to failure.

I used the "Parts Finder" on Goldwagen Website, and it suggested I purchase the (A10421). Currently I have the (Red Top) BERU coil packs installed with part number from VW - ***{ZSE032}. According to VW this is for an Audi, but however VW and Audi parts are all compatible, as this has been running without issues in my MK5 GTI from previous owner, and now since I have ownership since 2017.

So there is no way that it would not work, however Goldwagen supp**** parts, lasted 1 month, cost me R2600+ for a set of 4, and now the vehicle misfires with them hardly 1 month after installation. I returned them, requesting a refund or replacement, and now they do not want to replace - Stating the part is not compatible for my vehicle. I have proven that it is, then they reverted back to saying that my vehicle popped the coil packs due to too much "Voltage" - Not keeping in mind that all vehicles run on 12V and if there was "too much voltage" then it would have popped my ECU etc.

They refer back to my e-mail stating the part they supp****, I asked for (which is correct) is not for my MK5 GTI, but rather for a R8 V8 Audi or 6 Cyl Audi. If it cannot power a 2.0 Turbo, how can it power a V8? The pin layouts are the same, so no different layouts?

I am terribly annoyed with the service, refuse to help me sort it out, just easy to say sorry your fault. However if the parts were working 100% - I would gladly take them back.
