Goldwagen unreliable service
Spoke to a service rep and ordered a part in the morning, order was placed and invoiced then delivery promised for same day.
3.30 pm I received a call to say that my order amount is not high enough for delivery to cape Town CBD. But they can deliver the next day. Let me down and let my customers down who could not collect their vehicle.
Lost a customer.
