Goldwagen Strand

I am extremely disappointed in Goldwagen Strand for their bad Customer Service!

I do not recommend anyone to purchase their parts from them.

I recently bought 2 mirrors from them, when i opened the item i came to realize they have sent me the incorrect/broken mirrors. I contacted the branch to find out if they can correct the purchase for me and they assured me they will be able to assist. The driver delivered new mirrors which was totally different to the one i ordered. I then had to send the mirrors back again and the driver made his way back to me on the same day also with the incorrect mirrors the third time around. At this stage i just wanted the refund and do my purchase somewhere else. However this too was a problem as they were more worried about the box the mirror had came in instead of finding the correct mirrors i originally asked for. Goldwagen had a "don't care attitude" towards the scenario. I physically had to drive to the store today in order to get some sort of resolution after a week of going back and forth with them. It definitely was a struggle finding a solution too as they were insisting on a box instead of finding a solution
