Goldwagen Southgate- Terrible Service

Goldwagen Southgate service is pathetic! Staff is not helpful. They gave me the incorrect part size when I went to return it, I was given an attitude and correct size was not available. They did not have cash to refund me so I agreed for them to process the refund into my bank account. I am currently waiting for the refund. This going for a month. My purchase was made on the 6th of October. It’s now the 4th of November. Now they saying that I have to wait for a CASH refund. I am going to report this terrible service to the consumable ombudsman!!
