Goldwagen Southdale USELESS IN ANSWERING CALLS!!

I'm so furious. Everytime I call Goldwagen Southdale branch before 5pm or even in the course of the day, they never answer the phone and yet I'm calling for urgent things not to play games. I always have to resort to calling Alberton branch because Southdale is never available. Talk to the branch please to avail themselves even for calls, not just for walk ins it's called customer service for a reason!!
