Goldwagen sell **** Bosch products

I bought 4 coil packs at Goldwagen Bramely branch, for a BMW 320i, as i have put new parts in my engine.These products could not start the engine. I had to take them out and re use the old ones. I then took them back to the store on the 27-06-15 in the morning for a refund. The manager refused to refund me and told me that he has to send them to the factory to be tested. His attitude stinks and may not recommend customers to have trust in their products as they are not fair dealers. I told him that i will be bound to take the matter up with legal, he said that i can do as i please.I want every person using that facility to be aware of this cone man.
