Goldwagen refund

We bought a part from Goldwagen Humansdorp. The part was delivered to us in Port Elizabeth from the Humansdorp branch.

The part never worked and we were told to return it for a refund. This was November 2023. We have received no joy from the accounts department.

We have sent all the required documents that they have requested. We have sent emails to no response. They have made false promises on the refund and until today they have not refunded.
