Goldwagen Randfontein

This franchise has just made my day. I helped out a friend with their VW and had to get some parts in order to get the vehicle on the road again. I phoned them up and the man knew exactly what I wanted and had a very quick response to my urgent query. I raced there to pic up the needed hardware and I was immediately helped. The guy was actually recognizing me from the start when he heard that I need a certain part. I also asked the Team there on other findings on the vehicle and its as if they had a predicted answer even before the question was asked. Now I am in the Customer Service Business and all these personnel exceeded my expectations straight away from the very first engagement.

This is what Customers want and Goldwagen Randfontein delivered fore sure. I meet so many Companies every week and some leaves you with that horrible turning stomach feeling when you exit the door and never to return but these guys are the best. The bold gentlemen (Apologies for I did not ask their names) were so helpful and I could pick up that his knowledge on VW's are surely amazing.
