Goldwagen Pretoria West bad quality parts.

Wery bad experience with Pretoria West branch. Bought a Ignition coil for my 2001 VW polo, drove the car to my work (+-65km) no problem. When I wanted to start my car to go back home my car had no spark. I went to my closest Goldwagen and bought a second new Ignition coil, and now my car is running perfect. Went back to Goldwagen Pretoria West to do a warranty claim on the Ignition coil that lasted 65km and now they want an error report and a dead coil cant give a error on a OBD diagnostics. So they don't want to refund my money.
