Goldwagen not taken their policy & commitments to quality parts seriously.

I bought a clutch cable at Goldwagen Goodwood 02.02.2021, Western Cape. This snapped within 3weeks without indication of wear. I've since returned this cable as inferior quality parts issued. I have since being waiting on the sales person Chereldo van der Westhuizen. I have regularly being requesting feedback regarding a refund because I had to purchase another unit to get the car mobile. There has since been numerous excuses to prolong this process. I am now getting now response from him at Goldwagen, which is 12.04.2021
