I would like to extend my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Goldwagen in Port Elizabeth. You have exceptional staff members that display a great relationship working together and great customer service. When I came in with my baby to purchase an alternator belt for my car. The gentleman serving me as per till slip 010/Ashraf was patient, understanding and went above all to ensure I purchased the correct product for my vehicle. You have an outstanding customer service colleague employed I wish him the best in his career path and hope that he grows in the field he is in. He took time to research, check availability and ensured the product I was looking for was the one I purchased. He was so attentive and friendly he even played with the baby whilst giving this exceptional service. Thank you so much sir, may you continue showing that love and passion for what you do to other customers after me. I have been to other branches but what I experienced in PE is worthy of sharing and showing appreciation. I will also compliment the other gentlemen working at the delivery side they ensured I do not wait for long and that I receive my parcel correctly.
