Goldwagen Mitchell's Plain.

I bought a rear wiper blade and arm at Goldwagen Mitchells Plain, upon installing it the same day the arm broke, i promptly returned to the store where they replaced it, I had this wiper on for a couple of months and that broke as well, returned to the store and this time they sent it away to their Goodwood branch, i was informed it would take up to 16 days to assess whether or not the product was faulty or if it was negligence on my part, there is a good couple of months left on my warranty. I checked into the store today as they do not do follow ups even though i gave my number and visited the store numerous times after the 16 day period only to be told that there was already a claim on this part and they cannot help me, so now i'm left to go and buy another part out of pocket as they outright refuse to replace the part or refund my money, i think this is absolutely ridiculous. just imagine buying something more expensive by these clowns and having to deal with getting the run around by their exceedingly *********** staff.
