GOLDWAGEN MIDRAND DISGUSTING, ZERO ETHICS

incident a few weeks ago at GOLDWAGEN MIDRAND: sign says no mask no entry,but the white salesman with glasses(Lourens) behind the counter wasn't wearing one, when i asked him about it he put it on but barely even covering his mouth and his nose was completely exposed, i'm pretty sure that's not the way to wear a mask. second incident more recently: went in to buy parts for my vehicle, unfortunately had to deal with lourens again as the other salesman were occupied with other customers(clearly nobody wants to deal with lourens) anyway i couldn't find my cars vin number on my phone,and did not know the exact year model, but instead of politely telling me that he could not assist without the relevant information, he started getting rude and loud and aggressive toward me, i literally felt threatened and very humiliated. to spoken to in such a way especially in front of other customers is absolutely unprofessional, and disgraceful this ****** man should be a salesman if he does not know how to deal with people, how can this company even employ such a person? what kind of name are you giving your company??? my advice to everyone is stay away from GOLDWAGEN MIDRAND unless you wish to be utterly humiliated, racially profiled, and threatened.
