Goldwagen Middelburg **** customer service

I ordered a window switch for my vehicle, I went to pick it up on the 18th of January, I installed it that same night and discovered that it didn't work. So the very next day I took it back to Goldwagen so that they can send it back to their supplier to test it, the lady who assisted me said it usually takes 7 to 14 work days. Asof today I haven't heard anything from them, I went to them yesterday 7 February to find out what's going on, needless to say they haven't even sent it to the supplier yet is still laying on the shelf with my claim form.
