GOLDWAGEN LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND REFUSING TO REFUND

Attention all Customers, please be aware of Goldwagen and especially Goldwagen Kempton Park. They sell defective parts and upon return, they claim that the part was bought from another supplier for their is different markings on the part and then refuse to refund. This happened to me. I bought a Master Cylinder from Goldwagen myself on the 2nd of March 2024 for R750.00 After installing it, it was found that the part was defected and I tried to return it. After numerous returns to the store, I received a report back from them and their supplier on the 8th of April 2024, a month after I gave the part in. The Report to my shock stated that is was not their part with photos of the markings and they would not refund me. Attached please find a photo of the Report. In essence, I was called a ***** for the part was bought from them by me and installed and taken out by me. After receiving the Report, I made contact with Goldwagen Head Office and received the same response from them. I had to buy another cylinder and were lucky to get another Cylinder for R300.00 less at Hydradrive Gauteng which is worth supporting and buying from. Please be aware, for once again *******ion got dealt the better hand.
