Goldwagen Lenasia is the worst ever.

Good day On the 5th of November 2021 I bought a BMW Vinos from Goldwagen Lenasia, however it did not fit in my car and I took it back on the 8th of November which was within 7 days. I was told that they will deduct 10% handling fee of which I agreed but was also told they need to send it to the factory for inspection. I still don't have my money back as they are saying they are still waiting for the factory to check it and my car is not moving. Please assist in having my money back as my family is suffering now.
