Goldwagen kliptown never go there

Bought a radiator from goldwagen kliptown only to find its leaking. Took it back for an exchange or refund. Since they didn't have another unit I asked for a refund and I was denied .Iwas told to wait for 14days because they have to take the radiator back to the manufacturer for testing only then I'll be refunded or given a proper unit .I spent almost 2hours begging for my money. None of these terms &condition were communicated beforeI paid the R2300. Phoned Goldwagen customer care countless times. By the time I get through to customer care I was told the person who works with complaints is out on lunch
