Goldwagen Kensington moving along the road Bad service avenue

I got to your Kensington branch and went staright to one of the two Indian guys who work there ( Not Dreshan) and when I got to him, I said "you have quoted me on a return pipe" , the you was a plural one in reference to the store as well the brand- boy did he not want to bite my head off exclaiming that "He did not quote"- I explained to him that it was a plural "You" that I was using and gave the whole englighment about him representing the brand, but he carried on with his disrespet and even refused to assist me any further. I conluded by saying he should not direspect me as I pay his salary and his response to that was " You can never pay my salary". Now, is this how you treat customers who patronise your shops on a frequent. Secondly, is there a seperateion between the brand and its franchisees and employees respectively- maybe its just me, so please gimme some Marketing or customer service 101 here.
