Goldwagen is not worth your hard earned gold

I sent an email requesting a quotation for parts on 3 November 2021. Made several calls following up and was told the sales people will respond soon. When they transfer me to sales it rings with no answer. The month is coming to an end and still nothing, for a quote imagine!

If this isn’t the definition of poor customer care, then I don’t know what is.
