Goldwagen Ebony park

A very upset client with Goldwagen Ebony Park, which I believe should even be closed down. I had recently purchased an anti-freeze Hepu product worth R515 an several other parts and in about a few days decided that the anti freeze was too much for one car. I had sent my younger brother as I would not arrive on time due to traffic constraints and was returned with the fact they do not refund liquid products. Upon calling the store and requesting the refund policy stating the above I was told I could return it the next day. Upon arrival with the sealed product and no leakages they inspected it on their end of the table... then there is a leak which looks exactly like it was peirced on the spot and continued to refuse to refund me. If I could have this on a voice note you would understand my frustration and how I have been exploited as a customer of goldwagen... I would never suggest that to any clients whatsoever and don't wish any of this infuriating service.
