GOLDWAGEN DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Do not buy from Goldwagen at all. In 6 months I purchased 3 water pumps for my VW Touran TSI and and all get damaged in 2 months apart. They refused to give me a refund after evaluating the part. Don't waste your money buy somewhere else.

I bought a water pump at #GoldwagenGoodwood for my VW TOURAN Tsi on the 31/12/2022 and by April 2023 the water pump seized and the mechanic confirmed it was bad quality part. The Goldwagen Goodwood in Cape Town said I must submit a refund form and buy another water pump meanwhile awaiting for the refund process, when the refund is approved which it should be they said then receive my refund. BUT no it was not like that, after buying a 2nd water pump the refund was declined claiming corrosion on the water pump while the coolant liquid and water pump is bought from the same store and they blaming the quality of the coolant that I purchased and was recommended by them.
Recently, on the 29th of July 2023, the 2nd water pump is again giving me problems and I visited Ina Wurz the branch manager and informed her that the second water pump is showing signs of damage and they must do something about that, I took the car to the mechanic for a diagnosis and he confirmed indeed the water pump again is seized because of bad quality. The branch manager says they can't do anything about it I must buy the 3rd water pump if I want my car fixed. I paid R2500 for the water pump in December 2023, R2500 in April 2023 and now I must pay another R2500 for a 3rd water pump in August 2023. It costed me R1200 for labour to fit the part. The water pump has 12 months guarantee...
