Goldwagen Cape Town unprofessional conduct

Whhen phoning to get pricing I get placed on hold and have to listen to people talk so I put the phone down after a few minutes and phone back when he wanted to place me on hold again I said pls dont put me on hold whils I have to listen to people talk , either help me or call me back when this guy ( who is the manager) got so unprofessional. At the time I did not know he is actually the mananger .
