Goldwagen Bramley Park bad service

They have a bad working conditions, bought a slave cylinder from goldwagen Bramley Park and it was at fault now they telling me I have to wait 14 working days while it’s their part that is dead and they can’t help me with anything. I don’t see it as a fair way of doing business
