Goldwagen Brackenfell

They don't even deserve a star. Bought car brakes and disk by them and after a month the breaks made a bad noise and was confirm by Bosch that the brakes were faulty. Was told to remove the parts to send back for a claim by Goldwagen brackenfell and it will only take about 2 weeks for the claim to resolve and was also told by the guy at the front desk that another customer also complaint about their brakes. Almost 3 weeks later they told me the claim was declined as the brakes and disk showed signs of "ABUSE". How does a person abuse BRAKES???? Had a 14 minute dissussion with the 'Manager" and he was so calm like it was not a concern and just told me to email the Assessor to dispute the claim...... Ilike it helped me in anyway. I emailed they Assessor and he sticked to his original claim report. I am so upset because they don't want to take resposibilities for selling these faulty parts. I just want a refund so I can go buy quality parts somewhere else.
