Goldwagen and their returns policy.

I purchased brake shoes, the sales person and the company system assuring them to be suitable. I provided relevant model information, their system offered two options, one of which they had no stock. I accepted the 2nd option, since they assured it would be an exact fit. After fitting the shoes, I found them to not be suitable. When I returned them, I was told they'd have to consider refunding them. The store manager offered only 50% refund since they'd been fitted and I should have known better to fit something that is not similar to the original, so he'd take half responsibilty for providing the wrong item. The head office said they do not offer refunds on used items. This is contrary to the CPA from what I've read and understand in the CPA. The company does not honour CPA regulations.
