Goldwage - Terrible non existent customer service .

Is there anyone that can help me to raise a complaint about this place to their head office? Their sales people drop calls and their so called WhatsApp number that has been provided for assistance is also being ignored? I need to raise this complaint to their head office. If there is anyone that can point me in the right direction, please let me know. I'm sick of terrible customer service like this and I have let it slide for too long
