Faulty door lock - Brand New.

For Now I am giving you a 3 star, been a happy client to date, but lets see how you handle this. Bought a lock brand new for my golf 5 front left door in woodstock, its faulty as hell, Loud as hell - so its a faulty solonoid or something. Now you telling me I must take it out bring it to you and BUY a new one then you refund me... once you have sent the lock to get tested? how am i to drive with no lock? Not going to happen. Who is going to pay for me refitting it again? EIther you replace the lock with a new one, happily will bring back the "new one once I have had the replacement refitted, and it working. I am not accepting your explanations here of company policy. Either gets replaced and you pay for my refitting or I am going to consumer council and small claims court. And believe me i will do it. Look forward to this getting sorted
