Faulty brake discs

Good day.I have purchased front brake pads and discs for our Hyundai H1.We replaced the old ones with the new ones and drove for about a kilometer to bed in and test drive the vehicle.While driving,we had a judder on the steering wheel when braking. We took the vehicle to "HI-Que" for an opinion.We were told that it is our lower control arms that need replacing,which they did.The problem persisted.We spent that moneys R5000 for nothing.

We then took the vehicle to another mechanic and he recommended fitting the old discs again,which we did.Problem solved.We returned the discs to Goldwagen,which they then sent of to off to the distribution centre for assessment.I was handed a report stating that the discs are blue and the mileage does not match the part condition.I then spoke to the senior appraiser explaining the procedure we followed,but he was convinced that we had overheated the discs.I was not convinced of his view for he was not present,and i dont think he has enough knowledge of the matter.

We have a few vehicles in our fleet and we are not novices when it comes to braking systems.We are awaiting the return of the discs,as our claim for a refund is rejected.
