Faith restored with quick response and resolution

The owner/manager of this outlet contacted me the very next day following my earlier complaint/review. They offered to resolve the issue that same day. Between Goldwagen Heidelberg and my mechanic the correct-sized radiator was swopped out and installed. Just past lunch or so, I was mobile again. The difference in price between radiators was "absorbed" by Goldwagen (I did not have to pay!) to "apologise for any inconvenience". Impressive response, thankfully settled. George also asked about any other service concerns and I made a few recommendations or suggestions as well. Clearly a business that is concerned about getting the right level of service to their clients. SO, from a 1 out of 5 I would not rate this establishment a 5 out 5 for effort, promptness and service. Well done
