Extremely rude!!!

<p>I called rustenburg goldwagen to enquire about the availability of certain parts. The gentleman on the other end of the phone was so rude that I ended up taking my business elsewhere. If this is how you treat your customers telephonically, I'd hate to see how you treat the face to face.</p>
