Extremely Dissapointed!!!! (Poor Service )

What poor service and nobody cares! I bought a body throttle for my Ford Ranger on the 23 Sept picked it up on the 25th Sep from Goldwagen Delarey, the branch didn't have the stock, so they ordered it from another Branch (Witkoppen)

Tried to return the part I am told that it was a special order and they don't take back special orders but nobody told me this when I bought the part.

If this was explained to me i would understand, they keep telling that it's slow seller, so they don't want it in their inventory

The management is so dismissive and could not be bothered. I was prepared to drive to Witkoppen for the exchange apparently I can't do that.Im highly disappointed with this and I hope I can be refunded as I'm a frequent customer at your company. I am no sitting with R2800 part that I don't need
