Extremely bad service

Goldwagen Upington ive had it My husband ordered a part from you guys and unfortunately when It came we no longer had a car. We have not yet fetched the part because what will we do with a part without a car, however getting a refund is a stress. Explain to me what will we do with a part when we dont have a car
