Extremely Bad customer service and Rude Manager

I am extremely disappointed with the service I got from Goldwagen at 2nd street Springs town, I bought a part on the 10th ( part number: H0247A), and was promised it will be delivered on the 12th latest at 1 in the afternoon, I went to the store to collect only to be insulted by the store manager, he told me I must wait until it arrives and its not their problem that the part got delayed, he further refused with my refund he told me he will process it whenever he wants, could be next week, next month or next year! I tried explaining to him the urgency of that part but all that fell on deaf ears with the store manger. I don't understand why he was so RUDE to me!!! Goldwangen came highly recommended but now I regret buying from them...
