EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - GOLDWAGEN GOODWOOD

AMAZING Service.... Goodwood Branch (Sage & Kelly).

Had purchased Control Arm bushes from another dealer.. and they would not fit.. due to being the wrong version and no option to supply the right version.

Desperately needed the parts as it was Friday and being New Year all Parts manufactures etc on annual shutdown.

Contacted Goldwagen and the call was taken by Sage who truly went out of his way to get the right parts and amazingly had them delivered super quick with two brands options to choose from .. was promptly followed up by Whatsapp from Kelly in telesales.

To top it off turns out as I discovered subsequently from Kelly in telesales, Sage is not even in Sales. He is one of the management.. Truly a testament to his commitment to excellent customer service.

Just amazing level of service all round especially considering it wasnt even a massive order.. and im only a DIY'er..

Will definetly be stopping in there for any future parts..
