Excellent Service

Some employees deserve real recognition. I had to take time and write this. From the moment I walked into the shop I was greeted with a smile, and pleasantly served as a customer and respected as a woman. Within a few minutes of consulting with George I had a quote and when my phone was acting up, he even offered to call my mechanic to verify some items I was not sure about as I'm not clued up with the mechanical terms as a female. And when I was making payments the machine gave us problems, George offered to take me to the atm since I really needed to buy the parts on Friday. It was about 15 minutes before knock off, some people would have told me to come back tomorrow or resolve the issue on my own. He did not have to but he made an effort not expecting anything. I'm impressed and also encouraged to excel in my field of work. George has set a standard of excellence and efficiency, something you can hardly find in the workplace. It takes more than talent and skill to be the best and number one in what you do. George's attitude and services displays commitment, passion and leadership skill.
