Excellent customer care Goldwagen Kempton Park

I’ve been reading the negative reviews and initially my own experience was negative as I had bought a faulty part and sent it back for a refund while purchasing a replacement. The refund was rejected and I was upset as it would have meant I paid twice however at their own initiative Goldwagen Kempton Park where I bought the faulty part reviewed the matter and made a decision to refund. I appreciate that they were proactive and looked carefully at the circumstances and made a decision in my favour. It’s showed that they care about the customer.
