Evading warranty reimbur*****ts

I have always had good experiences and helpful service with the Ottery branch but after my warranty claim was declined by an appraiser/assessor after driving less than a month with a mount shock purchased, I will not be purchasing from Goldwagen as their "findings" are allegations only and have not asked if any further damages to the vehicle or inspected the car.

Common causes for this type of failure may include, but are not limited to:

The shocks were fully tightened while the suspension was not under load (i.e., while the vehicle was lifted), resulting in the shock being forced into an unnatural angle once the vehicle was lowered. The vehicle may have struck a pothole or curb, causing the shocks to impact the mounting points. In such cases, the shocks themselves would also likely show signs of damage.

After the shock mount was replaced, the vehicle had no performance issues before it broke nor did i have shock absorber issues before or after replacement. I did not drive into the pavement or huge potholes that would cause damage as discribed in the findings. NO damage to the other side of vehicle and the shocks are still intact. the assessor/appraiser did not inspect the part before the sale nor the vehicle.

I therefor find that Goldwagen in this case and other cases on Hellopeter are evading reimbur*****t and fabricate findings.
