Empty Promises

I have been doong bussiness with Goldwagen for a very long time & I have reffered ALOT of people to Goldwagen.

Yesterday 18.09.2017 I went to buy parts to which I got informed that they do not have instock but I got promised that the parts would be delivered early the next day 19.09.2017 as I explained to the salesman I need them to mark the order as urgent please as the mechanic wants to work on my car early morning to get it done the same day.

Now today 19 09.2017 at 08:50 I phoned them to follow up on my order as I received no feedback nothing.

Now I get the story that this shop does not have this and that shop does not have this, the driver must now go here and there and then hopefully I will receive my order after 11.00 and all of this is now happening after they phoned yesterday confirming the orders.

The salesman that I spoke to has got a terrible attetude and over powering my voice whilst im still talking.

Wow Goldwagen nice going. Awesome incompitant empty promises and false information staff that you employ that takes your name thru the mud.
