Dont ever buy parts at Goldwagen PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please guys I want to warn you not to buy from Goldwagen Humansdorp anymore please i am begging you, 3 months ago I bought a part from their store for R5200, upon installation the diagnostic report indicated that the part failed. now i went to the store with the report and the part and ask for a refund, They took the part and send it away and never give me my refund, so I knew they dont want to give me the refund, after a month and a half they come back to me ignoring the diagnostic report and tell me about corrosion that is in the part where as the report shows part fail before anything else. I realy do not know why Goldwagen Humansdorp dont want to give me a refund they dont care about there customers. 2 people saying they are the Managers called me regarding the refund but told me they will send the part elswhere, the part failed thats it. Please Goldwagen im a customer that purchased a product from your store that failed upon installation please refund me so i can buy me another part from another business because the customer service at Goldwagen is non existed.
