Do not purchase from them theu are extremely unprofessional

I purchased a turbo pype from pinetown and 3 months later the pype failed. Shawn from qc handeled the matter very well til it got to Pinetowns branch response. (This breakdown cost me 5k the customer for accommodation tow in fees and to find the fail and still they are ****y to me as a customer)Pinetown received an email to help me with the refund. I waited days for a reply and no one rep****. After thearetening to go to hello peter they rep**** saying i must not threaten then Kempton park needs to refund me. The way pintown talks to customers and handles customers are extremely rude. Do not buy anything from pinetown.
