Disgusting customer service , long hold times and non existent WhatsApp support
Waiting on hold almost 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone is disgusting.
When you do eventually get someone on the phone, they barely sound like they want to assist (almost as if you have disturbed them from doing sweet ****** all nothing).
They don't know parts, supply you with the wrong stuff. I have experienced this and so have my brother. So clearly these people don't know what they are doing.

02 Jun 2025, 06:10Fix your customer service at your Ottery and Claremont branches. These people never pick up the phone and don't respond on WhatsApp either. If people don't want to do their jobs, get rid of them. There's plenty of people yearning to work in this country.
