Disgusting and Unprofessional Service

I am rather very frustrated with Goldwagen Groblersdal as I ordered parts from them yesterday after promising me high snd low that the parts will be here today. Even charged me extra delivery charges to have these parts here. On arrival I was told sorry the parts did not arrive and come back tomorrow. What was the extra delivery charges for??? If I knew this I could have just gone to the supplier Ford to buy the parts from them as they could help me with parts on Wednesday without having to pay extra delivery charges. So I end up spending more money for what purpose as now I will be paying even more as I have to take into consideration my fuel consumption driving up and down due to their neglegence. Your service and customer satisfaction is beyond disgusting and should prioritize your clients. Thank you for nothing but extra expenses.
