Disappointing response.

On the 15th of December 2025, I bought CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS. On the 23rd of December 2025 it was time for me to use them. I discovered that some bolts are skew. On the 24th of December 2025 I returned them to GOLDWAGEN VANDERBIJLPARK. They checked them and accepted them back. They told me they are closing for festive season at the head office and that they'll open on the 2nd week of January 2026. I understood and left everything in their trusted hands. On Friday, the 16th of January, 5 days after reopening, I contacted them :
