Disappointed by treatment we received from LENASIA GOLDWAGEN.

My brother bought items at Goldwagen East London in the Eastern Cape...He was not happy with what he bought and decided to take it back to Goldwagen East London only to be told the issue will be sorted out.Unfortunetly the issue was not resolved then.My brother contract end in East London and he had to come back to Gauteng.After few months when he is back he received message saying he can go to any Goldwagen to claim his money back.HE DECIDED TO GO TO LENASIA GOLDWAGEN TO GET HIS CASH ONLY TO BE TOLD HE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO EAST LONDON TO CLAIM BECAUSE HE BOUGHT THE ITEMS THERE.My concern is does one needs to go back that far for him to get refund whereas there are Goldwagen al***** the country.My little knowledge tells me that one can claim from any retailer around the country as long as they falls under one umbrella.
