Deposit Refund

Hello I paid R500 deposit at Lephalale Goldwagen as a deposit for BMW radiator, within few days i went back to the them and told them i no longer in need of that radiator, i was told to spent the money as they dont do refunds, or else i will forfeit the money.

The money is still there as there was nothing i can buy at the time. And i still maintain my position of being refunded or mayb to be charged certain penalties not forfeiting the whole amount, to me is a day light *******.

Manager is very rude
