Good day.

I bought a 2016 A3 8v1 sedan front shocks at Renbro goldswagen but i was given a wrong one which was for A3 hatchback which didnt fit in my car. I had to return the shocks back to the shop but i was told that they can not refund me because i have handled the part but the part was still as new as it was not even fitted in the car but the manager declined refunding me because they did not have the one which will fit in my car. Now i am stuck with a shock which i dont even know what i will do with it.
