Company denies a 6 year old toilet

Goldwagen Zambezi is very poor. I went to buy parts today, my 6 year old needed to urgently use the bathroom, when I asked on her behalf, I was told that the do not offer toilet to the public and that i must go ask next door at tiger wheels for a toilet for my child. I said to them how do they refuse a child a bathroom as they can not hold themselves unlike an old person and moreover how do I spent my money with them and go ask for the bathroom next door. I am very disappointed, I asked for a refund and then they tell me it will take 3 days to reflect in my account. This is against the customers protection act, every company offering good or service to the public must provide a bathroom to the customers. What made me even more upset is that one official even said they do not provide to public, I mean it is the very public that the company exist but still being told that they do not provide to the public.
