Common community problem needing to be addressed

I recently witnessed a drug deal takin place right in front of me in Witpoortjie. A man with goldwagen Tshirt in a white golf buying drugs from a Nigerian in daylight as if it's common place. The day in question the guy proceeded to use the drug in his car!? I didn't know him then. I went to president hyper for some shopping and decided to pop into goldwagen KDP. There sitting the guy who did the public shame right in front of me half asleep looking like death. I do not condone drug use and it's become a rampant infestation in our community. Especially in KDP and surrounding areas. I hope you guys do drug tests. I asked his name and his Dewalt. There were other people with him in the car but he was the only one that I could recognise.
