Am writing this email because I have nowhere to voice my issues with Goldwagen Kyalami, I came In store looking for parts for my AUDI A3 1.8 TFSI 2013 Engine code CJS,I was assist by Sheldon on day. I was given the parts for the car and I repeatedly asked the sales rep Sheldon that is he sure that the part the he giving me the correctly one.

Below Is the part I was give by the sales Rep, is shows all the vehicles that the part is suitable for, my car is not a Audi A3/S3 quattro. After the parts were bought I took to for fitment and it was found that the camshaft is still bring the same engine light for low pressure oil and the kept on loosing timing and making a loud noise and the car not driven at all. They then proceeded to take out the camshaft and inserted the old the car didn’t make noise but the engine lights came back on, we then later decisioned to buy a different camshaft from a different place where it has resulted in the car not loosing timing and currently there is not warning lights because an identical camshaft was inserted in the car.

I took the camshaft and bolt back to Kyalami goldwagen informing them that the part might not be the correct part my engine code is a CJS not a CJE,CHH,CJX and am still get the same warning lights and the engine is making Nosie, loosing timing and etc.They then proceeded to take the part for testing at the head office resulting in the claim been declined.

All I was asking when bring the part back is to get a refund because the camshaft is not working correctly in my car, I have already made means to get another one which works.

My claim was declined by @*** and he has informed me that I will not a refund nor a credit note because they are not finding a fault in the camshaft. And I disagree with his findings and I would like the @*** to step in.

Why complete declined the claim where there is a option for goodwill. What am I going to use the part for. Am no longer interested in the part anymore
