Call centre/walk in

Not sure if this branch are a call centre branch or walk in customer branch??

The attitude that I got for being a woman (telephonically). I do know my car in/side out - model/make the works and the kind of parts I were looking for. If you don't even know that the back window wiper are working with a motor and not just a pipe then you don't below behind that desk and then we don't even talk about the bad language they use in front of customers.

I walked in to give them the benefit of the doubt but just walked out as all of them were on the phones, talking with staff walking in with small change while their on the line and then just carry on like there are no one in front of them. Patetic!!!!!

Listern dudes there are woman knowing what they are talking about as for one this is a mission to make sure we do not depent on men that think they are smart and know better.

Get your act toghter in that branch!!
